1. Preparation and Warming Up

Begin Your ritual with a shower, followed by Your choice of sauna. If You are looking for an intense restart, choose the Finnish sauna. If You prefer to relax Your muscles after a hike without high strain on the body, the infrared sauna is the ideal choice.

• Tip: Stay in the sauna only as long as it feels comfortable to You.

2. Courage in the Cooling Tub

After the intense heat comes the key step – rapid cooling. Enter our cooling tub. This precise thermal shock will jump-start Your metabolism, strengthen Your blood vessels, and trigger a wave of endorphins that You will feel instantly.

3. The Art of Undisturbed Silence

A ritual is not complete without a relaxation phase. Wrap Yourself in a robe and enjoy at least 15 minutes in our relaxation room. In this intimate setting with limited capacity, no one will disturb You – this time is dedicated solely to Your regeneration.

4. Repeat for Maximum Effect To achieve the maximum effect, we recommend repeating the entire process 2 to 3 times. Do not forget about hydration.
