DINING
Rich buffet breakfast is included in the price of accommodation for our guests.
Breakfast: Served directly at the hotel from 07:30 to 09:30.
Half-board: If You are interested in adding half-board, please contact the APLEND reservation department (+421 904 744 000 / tatry@aplend.com).
The popular restaurant Koliba Kamzík (located in Hotel Kukučka) is in close proximity to the hotel (just a 9-minute walk / 600 m). Enjoy authentic Slovak specialties in a traditional wooden interior.

CHECK-IN
Guests can check in daily between 14:00 and 19:00. If You plan to arrive later (after 19:00), please contact the Hotel Lujza Major reception in advance. Upon arrival, it is necessary to settle the remaining balance for accommodation and the local city tax. You can find the current rates for the local stay tax and additional services in our price list.
CHECK-OUT
We are sorry to see You go, but on the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms between 07:00 and 10:00. If You are interested in a late check-out, please inform the Hotel Lujza Major reception at least one day in advance. Please note that a late check-out may be subject to a fee according to the current price list.
CHILDREN'S STAY
Families with children are welcome at APLEND. Your child under 2 years of age will stay with you in a shared bed free of charge. Additionally, one child under 6 years of age will receive accommodation on an extra bed including breakfast free of charge throughout your stay.
PARKING
Free parking is available for our guests directly on the hotel premises in the outdoor parking areas.
RECEPTION
Reception services are available to guests daily from 07:00 to 19:00. After 19:00, we will be happy to assist You with any emergency cases by telephone. In addition to souvenirs, guests can also purchase various additional services listed in the current price list.
INVOICE
If You require a corporate invoice for Your stay and additional services, please inform the Hotel Lujza Major reception of Your request well in advance. Please note that once a fiscal receipt has been issued, it is not possible to issue an invoice retroactively.
SMOKING
All indoor areas of Hotel Lujza Major, as well as the wellness center and common areas, are strictly non-smoking. If You wish to smoke, we kindly ask You to do so in the outdoor areas.
In case of non-compliance with the smoking ban, APLEND s.r.o. reserves the right to impose a fine of 200 EUR.
PETS
Pets are not allowed. We kindly ask guests to respect this policy.
