DINING
For our guests, rich buffet breakfasts are included in the price of the stay.
Breakfast: Served in the Koliba Kamzík restaurant from 07:30AM to 09:30AM.
Dinner: Menu selection available from 05:00PM to 07:00PM.
Half-board: If you are interested in adding half-board to your stay, please contact the APLEND reservation department (+421 904 744 000 / tatry@aplend.com).
Enjoy authentic Slovak specialties in the traditional wooden interior of the popular Koliba Kamzík restaurant, located directly in the hotel building.

CHECK-IN
Guests can check in daily from 2:00 PM. Upon arrival, it is necessary to pay the remaining balance for accommodation and the local tourist tax. Current rates for the tourist tax and additional services can be found in our price list.
CHECK-OUT
We are sorry to see you leave, but on the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 10:00 AM. If you are interested in a late check-out, please inform the hotel reception at least one day in advance (this service may be subject to a fee according to the current price list).
RECEPTION
Hotel reception services are available to guests 24/7 every day. In addition to souvenirs, guests can purchase various additional services, which are listed in the current price list.
INVOICE
If you require an invoice for your stay and additional services, please inform the Hotel Kukučka reception of your request well in advance. Once a fiscal receipt has been issued, it is not possible to issue an invoice retrospectively.
PARKING
Free unmonitored parking is located at each of the Hotel Kukučka buildings. Upon arrival, the hotel reception will be happy to advise you on the parking space situated closest to your apartment.
CHILDREN'S STAY
Families with children are welcome at APLEND. Your child under 2 years of age will stay with you in a shared bed free of charge. Additionally, one child under 6 years of age will receive accommodation on an extra bed including breakfast free of charge throughout your stay.
SMOKING
All indoor areas of Hotel Kukučka, as well as the wellness and Koliba Kamzík restaurant interiors, are strictly non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please use the outdoor areas.
In case of non-compliance with the smoking ban, APLEND s.r.o. reserves the right to impose a fine of 200 EUR.
PETS
Pets are not allowed. We kindly ask guests to respect this policy.
