As a MYAPLEND member, you get the benefit of a discounted menu in all our APLEND restaurants. To the traditional Slovak restaurants Koliba Kamzík in Starý Smokovec, Tatranská Lomnica, Štrbské Pleso and Salaš in Veľký Slavkov.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is included in the price of your stay and is served in the hotel from 7:30 to 9:30. If you are interested in half board, please contact the APLEND reservation department at +421 904 744 000 or tatry@aplend.com
All guests staying at Hotel Kukučka also have the option of using the services of the Koliba Kamzík restaurant, located on the ground floor of the hotel. The current restaurant menu can be found on the website: https://lomnica.kamzik.sk/en
CHECK - IN
On the day of arrival, you can arrive from 2:00 PM. After arrival is needed to pay city tax. Current prices of city tax and other additional services you can find in the price list.
CHECK - OUT
We are not happy to see you leave, but on the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to check out before 10 AM. If you are interested in later departure time, please inform the reception at least 24 hours in advance. The service may be charged due to the current price list.
SMOKING
Dear guests, we would like to inform you that all interiors of APLEND Kukučka Hotel as well as restaurant Koliba Kamzík and wellness are strictly non-smoking. In case of unrespected this prohibition of non-smoking, Aplend company reserves the right to require a penalty of 200€.
INVOICE
If you are interested in issuing an invoice for the accommodation, please contact the reservation department at least 24 hours in advance or notify the resort reception of your request before paying the outstanding balance. After issuing the fiscal document, it is not possible to issue an additional invoice for the services provided.
PARKING
Free unguarded parking is located in front of each building of Kukučka Hotel. The reception would like to advise you the nearest parking spot by your apartment.
RECEPTION
Services of reception are non - stop. In addition, guests can buy plenty of additional services; prices are in the current price list.
KIDS
The family with kids are very welcomed. Your kids under 2 years old will stay for free at a shared bed. Moreover, one child under 6 years old stays for free at extra bed with breakfast included.
PETS
Stay with pets in Kukučka Hotel is not allowed. Please, respect this prohibition. In case of unrespected this prohibition, APLEND company reserves the right to require a penalty of 200€.
FREE gallery tickets with your stay
For new stays in Starý Smokovec and Nový Smokovec purchased for November, you will now receive a ticket to the Tatra galleries for each person: Tricklandia / Dobrá Hračka / Poliankovo. It is up to you to decide which of the galleries you would like to visit together.
