APLEND RESTAURANTS

As a MYAPLEND member, you get the benefit of  discounted menu in all our APLEND restaurants. To the traditional Slovak restaurants Koliba Kamzík in Starý Smokovec, Tatranská Lomnica, Štrbské Pleso and Salaš in Veľký Slavkov.

CHECK - IN

On the day of arrival, you can arrive from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM. In case of late arrival (after 18:00), please contact in advance the reception, which is situated in Hotel Lujza Major in Tatranská Lomica. After arrival is needed to pay city tax. Current prices of city tax and other additional services you can find in the price list.

CHECK - OUT

We are not happy to see you leave, but on the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to check out from 7AM till 10 AM. If you wish to check out late, please inform the reception, which is located in Hotel Lujza Major, at least one day in advance. The service may be charged due to the current price list.

DINING

Breakfast is included in the price and is served in the villa. If you are interested in half board, please contact our reservation department at +421 904 744 000 or by email tatry@aplend.com

SMOKING

Dear guests, we would like to inform you that all interiors of Resort Beatrice are strictly non-smoking. Please, respect this prohibition. If you want to smoke, please, use exterior spaces. In case of unrespected this prohibition of non-smoking, Aplend company reserves the right to require a penalty of 200€.

INVOICE

If you are interested in issuing an invoice for the accommodation, please contact the reservation department at least 24 hours in advance or notify the resort reception of your request before paying the outstanding balance. After issuing the fiscal document, it is not possible to issue an additional invoice for the services provided.

PARKING

Free unguarded parking is located in front of Villa Julia.

RECEPTION

Services of reception are available daily from 7 AM till 6 PM which is situated in Hotel Lujza Major in Tatranská Lomnica. After 6 PM, we would like to help with any emergency case by phone. Reception offers guests all information for their pleasant vacation in the High Tatras, tips for trips and many kinds of souvenirs. In addition, guests can buy plenty of additional services; prices are in the current price list.

RESORT BEATRICE

Together with Villa Júlia*** and Villa Magnólia***, they create Resort Beatrice. The main building is Villa Beatrice, which also has a breakfast room. The nearby Hotel Lujza Major provides guests with a daily reception service from 07:00 to 18:00. 

KIDS

The family with kids are very welcomed. Your kids under 2 years old will stay for free at a shared bed. Moreover, one child under 6 years old stays for free at extra bed with breakfast included.
