DINING
For our guests, rich buffet breakfasts are included in the price of accommodation.
Breakfast: Served at Vila Beatrice from 07:30 to 09:30.
Half Board: If You are interested in adding half board, please contact the APLEND reservation department (+421 904 744 000 / tatry@aplend.com).
The popular Koliba Kamzík restaurant (located in Hotel Kukučka) is situated near the villa (approx. 9 minutes on foot / 600 m). Enjoy authentic Slovak specialties in a traditional wooden interior.

CHECK-IN
Guests can check in daily from 14:00 to 19:00. If You plan to arrive late (after 19:00), please contact the reception at Hotel Lujza Major. Upon arrival, it is necessary to pay the remaining balance for accommodation and the local tourist tax. You can find the current rates for the local stay tax and additional services in our price list.
CHECK-OUT
We are sorry to see You leave, but on the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms between 07:00 and 10:00. If You are interested in a late check-out, please inform the reception at Hotel Lujza Major at least one day in advance. Late check-out may be subject to a fee according to the current price list.
PARKING
Free unmonitored parking is available for our guests directly in front of the Vila Júlia building.
CHILDREN'S STAY
Families with children are always welcome at APLEND. Your child under 2 years old stays with You on a shared bed free of charge. Additionally, one child under 6 years old will enjoy accommodation on an extra bed including breakfast for free throughout Your entire stay.
RECEPTION
Reception services for Vila Júlia guests are available daily from 07:00 to 19:00 at Hotel Lujza Major. After 19:00, we will be happy to assist You with any emergency cases by telephone. In addition to souvenirs, guests can also purchase various additional services listed in the current price list.
INVOICE
If You are interested in issuing an invoice for Your stay and additional services, please inform the reception at Hotel Lujza Major of Your request well in advance. Once a fiscal receipt has been issued, it is not possible to issue an invoice retroactively.
SMOKING
All indoor areas of Hotel Lujza Major, as well as the wellness center and common areas, are strictly non-smoking. If You wish to smoke, we kindly ask You to do so in the outdoor areas.
In case of non-compliance with the smoking ban, APLEND s.r.o. reserves the right to impose a fine of 200 EUR.
PETS
Pets are not allowed. We kindly ask guests to respect this policy.
