BREAKFAST
Buffet breakfast in the form of a Swedish table is included in the accommodation price for all guests. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:30.
RESTAURANT KOLIBA KAMZÍK
As a MYAPLEND member you will receive a benefit in the form of a discounted menu to our traditional Slovak restaurant Koliba Kamzík, which you will find right in the hotel.

CHECK-IN
Guests may check in daily between 15:00 and 19:00. Upon arrival, the accommodation balance and local tax are required to be settled. Current rates for the local tourist tax and additional services can be found in our price list.
CHECK-OUT
We are sorry to see you go, but on the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their room by 10:00. If you are interested in a late check-out, please inform the hotel reception at least one day in advance (this service may be subject to a fee according to the current price list).
RECEPTION
The hotel reception is available daily from 7:00 to 19:00. After 19:00, you can still reach us by phone at +421 902 411 111.
INVOICE
All accommodation charges must be settled upon arrival. If you require an invoice, please inform the hotel reception in advance. Please note that once a fiscal receipt has been issued, an invoice cannot be provided.
CHILDREN'S STAY
Families with children are welcome at APLEND. Your child under 2 years of age will stay with you in a shared bed free of charge. Additionally, one child under 6 years of age will receive accommodation on an extra bed including breakfast free of charge throughout your stay.
PARKING
Hotel recommends to its guests parking in the Garage Centrum in Uršulínska street.
SMOKING
All rooms and public areas of the hotel are non-smoking.
In case of non-compliance with this ban, APLEND s.r.o. reserves the right to impose a fine of 200 EUR.
PETS
Pets are not allowed. We kindly ask guests to respect this policy.

AIRPORT TRANSFER
If the guests require a shuttle service from the aiport or the train/bus station, they are kindly invited to inform the reception at least 2 days in advance. The cost of the transfer from the Bratislava airport is 25 EUR/car.
SERVICES and SOUVENIRS
There are souvenirs at the reception for sale to our guests. Besides the souvenirs the guests can buy at the reception the tickets to major Bratislava tourist attractions:

SpeedBoat
Twin City Liner (boat trip to Vienna and back)
Bratislava City Card (1 day, 2 days, 3 days)
