DINING
Breakfast: A rich buffet breakfast with a selection of hot and cold dishes and beverages is served in the breakfast room from 07:00 to 10:00.
Early Express Breakfast: In case of an early departure, we will gladly prepare a "to go" breakfast box for you. Please inform the reception at least one day in advance by 22:00.
Dinner / Half Board: Delicious half-board dinners can be enjoyed at the popular Mozza restaurant, located on the ground floor of OC Krížik—conveniently under one roof without the need to travel anywhere.
Dinner selection is made from the restaurant's special half-board menu. Please note that the last food orders at Mozza restaurant are accepted no later than 21:00.
If half board is not included in your package, you can easily purchase it anytime directly at the hotel reception.
Our Tip for Hotel Guests: All guests accommodated at Best Western Hotel Prešov receive a 10% discount on the a la carte menu at Mozza restaurant—simply show your hotel room card when paying.

RECEPTION
The hotel reception is available daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, you can still reach us by phone at +421 903 400 819. The hotel lobby area, which also includes a snack fridge, is available to you at any time.
CHECK - IN
On the day of arrival, you can arrive from 2:00 PM. After arrival is needed to pay city tax. Current prices of city tax and other additional services you can find in the price list.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact reception the day before. Late check-out depends on room availability and may be subject to an additional charge. If you wish to use Express check-out, please inform the reception in advance and we will deliver an invoice to your room or by email. For Express check-out, please leave your key card directly in your room.
PARKING
Free public parking is available infront of the hotel.
PETS
Pets are welcome in our hotel. The fee for a dog is 15 € per day. Pets must be reported in advance.
SMOKING
All rooms and public areas of the hotel are non-smoking. A 200 € f ine will be charged for violation of this rule
INVOICE
All accommodation fees must be paid upon arrival. If you require an invoice to be issued to company, please inform the reception in advance. Once a fiscal receipt is issued, it is not possible to request an invoice.
