We are an aparthotel company that operates a network of apartment-type accommodation facilities. We are looking for hotels, apartments, guesthouses, accommodation complexes (capacity of 60 beds or more) with the prospect of integration into our network of accommodation facilities with several cooperation options:
1. Entry into ownership structures with the possibility of gradual purchase of the property, or purchase of only a partial share and subsequent cooperation in the restructuring of the facility in the form of a partnership (co-financing, joint operation).
2. Cooperation at the level of management and mandate cooperation, but without entering into ownership relations.
3. We are looking for investment projects focused on the construction, sale, and operation of apartment and hotel-type accommodation capacities.
We offer cooperation in finalizing the plan with the technical aspects of construction, possible co-financing, but mainly the preparation of the sales system (marketing, advertising, business relations), filling capacities, and ensuring the operation of such projects.
