For your comfort, the resort reception is equipped with an information kiosk, where you will find current events, trip tips, railway schedule, as well as the weather forecast. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the reception staff.
Payments and invoices:
Additional services, a local tax and the remaining price of accommodation (except for the refundable deposit) can be paid in cash (EUR), Visa / MasterCard / Diners credit card or debit card. The refundable deposit can only be paid in cash (EUR). The reception of Vila Olívia also accepts recreational cards (Edenred / Callio / Gusto / Benefit Plus / Doxx) for the payment of recreational stays to get repaid by the employer. If you are interested in issuing an invoice for the accommodation, please contact the reservation department at least 24 hours in advance or notify the resort reception of your request before paying the outstanding balance. After issuing the fiscal document, it is not possible to issue an additional invoice for the services provided.

We are sorry, but there are no boarding options in Hotel Ovruc. All apartments are equipped with kitchen.
