Check-in:

We are not happy to see you leave, but on the day of departure we ask all guests to check-out no later than 10:00 am. If you would like a later check-out time, please inform the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. Late check-out service is subject to availability and may incur a charge due to the current price list. The main hotel building and all residential buildings have a private wellness area with a choice of several types of saunas, a cooling shower and a relaxation room. All wellness centres are available to you daily from noon until midnight. We would like to inform you that the number of people in each of the wellness centres is regulated to increase your comfort. Therefore, please report your chosen wellness time to the resort reception in advance. The Tatry Holiday Resort reception is located in the restaurant Salaš Slavkov (side entrance towards the accommodation resort). Upon arrival, please pay the remaining part of the accommodation price and the local fee. On the day of arrival, you can check in between 14:00 and 19:00. In case of late arrival (after 19:00) or early arrival (before 14:00), please contact reception in advance. Free unguarded parking is available in several areas of the resort. The reception staff will be happy to advise you on the parking space closest to your accommodation.
