Kitchen equipment depends to a certain extent on the particular accommodation. Capacities are usually equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave oven, kettle. Some facilities are equipped with an electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. All cookers, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses and mugs are provided in all APLEND accommodations.
When I may come to check-in and to check-out?
Check-in is possible between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. For Hotel Kukučka, check-in is from 3 pm. In the case of unexpected events and delay, please contact the reception of the facility. The check-out is required until 10 a.m. Please inform the reception about the time of you arrival in case you expect to be afer 6 pm. At the commencement of your stay, in case you have not paid 100% of the accommodation price, it is necessary to make the rest of the payment in cash or by a credit card for the services you ordered, as well as a deposit of 70€ – as an security deposit on any damage to the inventory, or loss of the key from the accommodation facility, which will be returned to you at the end of the stay.
Do you plan to arrive after 6 pm?
If you already know that you arrive after 6 pm, please contact the reception of the accommodation with this information. You will pick up the keys from the safety box (the code will be send to you by SMS). You do not need to contact reception of Hotel Kukučka because the reception is 24/7.

Is it necessary to bring my own bed linen for my stay?
All bed linen as well as towels are included in the price of accommodation, therefore there is no need for additional bed linen. If you require to order a crib (including bed linen), it is possible at a surcharge of 15 EUR / stay.
Confirmation of the reservation
After making your reservation (email, phone, reservation system), a confirmation email about making your reservation will be sent to you together with the price offer for the ordered services. If you agree to the price, it is necessary to make the payment as required until the date stated in the proforma invoice. After the payment is credited to our account, we will send you an accommodation voucher and instructions to the stay via e-mail.

We are sorry, but we do not accept any pets in our accommodation.
Are all accommodation facilities non-smoking?
If your everyday life is without smoke, you certainly desire that your holiday is exactly the same. Therefore, all our facilities are non-smoking! Of course, smoking outdoors is allowed (sitting in the garden, etc).
Can I pay by a credit card?
Yes, there is a possibility to pay by a credit card at each reception expect Vila Ľudmila.
