APLEND is a brand, which has been operating on holiday apartments market and restaurants in The High Tatras and Bratislava, since 2010.

ABOUT THE HOTEL

RECEPTION

Reception services are fully available for guests from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm. After 7.00 pm, guests can contact reception by telephone. The reception staff will provide guests with all the necessary information regarding the hotel services and answer any further questions. The reception also offers guests the opportunity to purchase toiletries, snacks and souvenirs. Please do not hesitate to contact the reception staff for any special requests

ROOM

The hotel offers comfortably furnished rooms for couples, families of 4 as well as larger families of up to 7 people. Depending on the type, the rooms have twin or double beds, a TV and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Each room is equipped with a fridge, kettle, wine glasses and tea glasses. Larger rooms also have a living room with a sofa bed. CATERING

Breakfast is included in the price of the stay and is served on the premises from 7:30 to 9:30 am. All guests have the option of ordering a 3 course dinner with their stay, which is served on-site at the hotel. Dinner, along with your choice, must be ordered by 10:00. Please contact the hotel reception if you are interested in half board.

WELLNESS

During your stay, there is a wellness area on site where guests can indulge in some well-deserved relaxation. There are 2 types of saunas, a cooling fountain and a relaxation room. For access to the spa, a reservation must be made in advance at reception. There is a charge for the hotel's spa, please enquire at reception or on our website www.aplend.com about the charge.

ABOUT THE STAY

WI-FI

Guests staying at the hotel are provided with free Wi-Fi throughout their stay. The password will be provided to guests with their accommodation card upon check-in.

PARKING

As part of the hotel's services, guests are offered free parking, which is located in the hotel's outdoor areas.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Hotel Lujza Major accepts payment in cash (EUR), Visa and MasterCard debit or credit cards. The hotel reception also accepts holiday cards (Edenred / Callio / Gusto / Benefit Plus / Doxx). Further information for the use of recreational cards will be provided at the hotel reception.

HOTEL BILL

All accommodation charges must be paid on arrival. Please inform reception if you wish to receive an invoice. In the case of a fiscal receipt, it is not possible to issue an additional invoice.

HOUSEKEEPING

Guests are provided with a basic daily service, which includes a change of towels and bath towels and a replenishment of toiletries. Only those towels and bath towels that are laid on the bathroom floor will be changed during the daily service. After 3 nights, guests are provided with a basic room cleaning. For stays of 6 nights or more, guests' bed linen is changed during the stay. If you have any requests regarding room cleaning, please do not hesitate to contact reception.

PETS

Sorry, but no pets are allowed at Hotel Lujza Major.

SMOKING

All indoor areas are strictly non-smoking. In case of violation of this regulation, a fine of 200€ will be imposed.

CHILDREN'S FACILITIES

If baby accessories are required, the Lujza Major hotel reception offers free rental of a bath tub, potty and high chair. A baby cot is also available for a fee. Please check with reception or our website www.aplend.com for the current fee.

GOPASS

At our hotel reception, we also offer guests the possibility to register or charge their Gopass card, with which it is possible to purchase tickets to selected aqua-parks and ski resorts. Further information and current ticket prices will be provided at the hotel reception.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out time is until 10:00 am. If you require an extension of your check-out time, please contact reception the day before. Late check-out is available based on room availability, and this service is not included in the room rate.

LOSSES AND FINDS

Any items found in the facilities after check-out will be stored. For more information, please get in touch with the front desk.

Within the available transport options in the surrounding area, we will be happy to assist you at the reception and provide all the necessary information. The Tatra Tourist Information Office is only 110m away from the Hotel Lujza Major, at Tatranská Lomnica 98, High Tatras-Tatranská Lomnica.
