What are the arrival times and how long can I stay at APLEND facility?
Commencement of accommodation is possible between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. In the case of unexpected events and delay, please contact the reception of the facility. Please finish your accommodation till 10 a.m. Please inform the reception about the commencement of your stay, and if applicable, submit the accommodation voucher. At the commencement of your stay, in case you have not paid 100% of the accommodation price, it is necessary to make the difference payment in cash or by a credit card for the services you ordered, as well as a deposit of 70€ – as an advance on any damage to the inventory, or loss of the key from the accommodation facility, which will be returned to you at the end of the stay.

It is always necessary to notify about your nonattendance in writing. The cancellation comes into force on the day of delivery of the written notification or other necessary documents to the headquarters of the accommodation provider. Is it necessary to bring my own bed linen for my stay?
All bed linen is included in the price of accommodation, therefore there is no need for additional bed linen. If you require to order a crib, it is possible also with bed linen at a surcharge of 10€/crib/stay
Confirmation of reservation
After making your reservation /email, phone, reservation system/, a confirmation email about making your reservation will be sent to you together with the price offer for the ordered services. If you agree to the price, it is necessary to make the payment as required till the date stated in the deposit letter. After the payment is credited to our account, we will send you an accommodation voucher and instructions to the stay via e-mail.

No more than one pet for one accommodation. Pets are allowed in almost all the accommodation facilities. Please read carefully the pictographs below the brief description of the accommodation, where it is closer specified whether a pet is allowed to take it for the stay or not.
Are all accommodation facilities non-smoking?
If your everyday life is without smoke, you certainly desire that your holiday is exactly the same. Therefore, all our facilities are non-smoking! Of course, smoking outdoors is allowed /sitting in the garden,.../.
