At the foothills of the smallest and the most beautiful mountains in the world - the High Tatras - in the village of Veľký Slavkov under the well-known Peak Slavkovský štít, you can find the recreational complex Aplend, located only 2 km away from Poprad and 7 km away from Starý Smokovec. The complex offers spectacular peace and relax but its location makes it suitable also for a wide range of sporting activities for an active type of vacation. Near the area (about 150 m away) there is a bus stop for buses heading to the High Tatras and to Poprad and about 900 m away there is a railway station from which you will get to Poprad, Starý Smokovec and Štrbské Pleso. The attractiveness of the environment is limitless, given the proximity of many tourist attractions.

Boarding

In the apartments there is a kitchen where you can prepare simple meals. There is a possibility to order breakfast, half board or full board. Meals are provided in the restaurant, which is located in the accommodation resort APLEND. The Salaš restaurant offers Slovak specialties, including meals of the European eating style in an attractive environment of a typical Slovak room, a hunting lounge with a fireplace and a summer terrace. For the smallest ones, there is an indoor and an outdoor children's corner.

A non-guarded parking is available at the facility free of charge.

In the complex you will find children's climbing frames and slides. For our clients, we also have prepared furniture for sitting at the outdoor fireplaces in covered gazebos. There is a possibility of using a football pitch, located in close proximity to the resort.

Within the distance of 30 km you can find bicycles, skis, swimming opportunities, horseback riding, museums, galleries, tennis, cinemas, ice rink, paragliding, rafting in Pieniny and undoubtedly the biggest attraction is the proximity of hiking trails that are offered by High Tatras and in Poprad the most environmentally friendly waterpark AQUACITY located 4 km away from Poprad.

Summer tourism: - hiking trails and mountain trails - Starý Smokovec 7 km, Hrebienok 8 km, Tatranská Lomnica 14 km, Štrbské Pleso 18 km, a cablecar trip to the peak Lomnický štít (2,634 meters) offers one of the most beautiful views in the world - walking - for nature lovers, there are great forests and lakes, not to mention the rich cultural history, many monuments and historically important sites - cycling - routes passing through the village lead to the High Tatras trails Lomnicky Golf Club, which is located just a few minutes away, offers an 18-hole golf course with one of the most remarkable perspectives in the world.

Cancelation conditions :

After confirmation of the stay the customer has to follow bellow mentioned cancelation conditions:
• To 30 days before leaving - 10% from accommodation price
• 29-20 days before leaving – 35% from accommodation price
• 19-10 days before leaving – 70% from accommodation price
• From 9 dní before leaving until arrive day is 100% cancelation fee from accomodation price. In the case that you are not coming at all, you must write us an e-mail or we must have approval in writing form. We are able to be agreed with cancellation on the day when we receive the writing form of cancellation or other necessary documents to the Aplend s.r.o. company.
• In the case that customer will arrive for his stay and during the stay he will cancel his stay, landlord has the law to take 100% cancelation fee from the accommodation price.
• Change or movement of the stay we charge 10€ / person and this is possible just 10 days before arrive.
